1Coat the defrosted pot stickers with olive oil.
2Preheat the GrillGrate surface to 350-400°F.
3Place oiled pot stickers on grates
4Turn every 3-5 minutes; rotate often to crisp skin and cook over all
5Remove and allow to cool slightly
