Ingredients

Urban Slicer Outdoor Grilling Dough

Roasted Garlic

Roasted Red Pepper

Pepperoni

Hot Sausage

Prosciutto

Fresh Basil

Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella

Fresh Ricotta

Directions

Step 1

Prepare dough as directed on package and allow to rise.

Step 2

Prepare your toppings ahead of time; grate mozzarella, brown up your sausage, roast garlic and peppers, chop up basil.

Step 3

Prepare your grill for 450°F cooking. If you have a laser thermometer, check the temp at the grates.

Step 4

After rolling out dough, grill on one side until the top of the dough becomes bubbly. Approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from grill and add toppings to the grilled side of the dough.

Step 6

Place pizza back on the grill with toppings* and cook until toppings look done, about 10 minutes.
*We recommend holding the basil to garnish at the end.

Step 7

Remove from grill, garnish with basil. Slice and serve!

    SHould I use the grate side or the smooth side for grilled pizza?

      It works best with the rails side up.

    Time to come back to my charcoal fueled Grill Grates! Been trying to do pizza on the Blackstone Griddle all summer, Thanks for the Suggestions!
