2/3 lb Sea Scallops

Roasted Garlic

Olive Oil

Fresh Rosemary

Kosher Salt


1Preheat multicooker and SearNSizzle Grate for 10 minutes to 420 degrees F GrillGrate Surface

2Rinse & dry scallops.

3Cook for 5 minutes.

4Turn and cook for 3 minutes.

5Add Roasted Garlic.

6Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and serve with Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus.

About the author, A video producer by trade starting as an online editor working in a million dollar room at a university compared  to today’s digital editing from a laptop is quite amazing. Nothing in those early years indicated that I would ever be able to afford my own equipment at the professional level I needed.  But here, I am today semi-retired and still loving to create new projects.
