Grilled Chocolate Raspberry Yummy

Susan got inspired to create a couple of desserts. This one hits all the sweet spots and after only 2 grillings had to hit the website.

Ingredients

large flour tortillas

0.125

cups

chocolate chips

0.125

cups

fresh raspberries

Filling

2

ounce container whole milk ricotta cheese

0.1

cups

confectioners sugar

0.125

tsp

vanilla

Directions

Step 1

Spread 1/4 of the filling on one tortilla (this is the bottom of the sandwich)

Step 2

Sprinkle 1/4 of the chocolate chips on the ricotta

Step 3

Lay 2nd Tortilla on top

Step 4

Spread light film of filling on top

Step 5

Cut raspberries in half and layer onto the top tortilla

Step 6

Add a few more chocolate morsels for colo

Step 7

Medium Heat 400F. Use a grilling spray or wipe the raised rails with oil.

Step 8

Slide the Quesadilla off the cutting board onto the GrillGrates- Close Lid

Step 9

Check in 3-4 minutes by slightly lifting an edge to see the sear marks

Step 10

Quarter turn if dark searing or wait and Quarter turn in 2-3 minutes. Close Lid

Step 11

Use The GrateTool to check for firmness of Quesadilla. Crispy, firm is perfection.

Step 12

Determine whether to give it a couple of more minutes or off it comes onto the cutting board.

Step 13

Let stand for 2 minutes.

Step 14

Cut and Serve
