Grilling Brussels sprouts is a wonderful way to bring out their natural flavors. The addition of balsamic vinegar adds a nice little zing of flavor.

Ingredients

Servings

0.25

lbs

large brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed and cut in half

0.5

tbsp

olive oil

0.5

tbsp

balsamic vinegar

0.17

tsp

kosher salt

0.08

tsp

freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to coat the Brussels sprouts.

Step 2

Using wooden or metal skewers skewer the Brussels sprouts. If you use two skewers at a time slightly spaced out it will keep the Brussels sprouts all facing the same direction.

Step 3

Preheat your grill to medium high or 450F.

Step 4

Place skewered Brussels sprouts on your GrillGrates and pour any remaining liquid from the bowl over the skewers.

Step 5

Proceed to grill 5 minutes a side or until Brussels are slightly browned and tender.
