One of the best things about beef pinwheels is that they are often readily available in the meat department at your local supermarket.

Directions

Step 1

Allow the pinwheels to sit on a plate at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Step 2

Set the SearNSizzle™ to the middle setting and preheat using broil for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Spray both sides of the pinwheels with Duck Fat Spray or brush on a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite beef rub. It will adhere to the outside of the oiled pinwheels and assist with browning the meat.

Step 4

Cook the pinwheels on the air crisp setting at 375F for six minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the meat registers 135F or your desired temperature with a good quality meat thermometer.
